30 days to return or exchange an item from the date of purchase.
After 30 days, there will be no refunds or exchange.
Return eligibility is as follows:
- Items must be unopened with original seals/packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Returned Items due to any change of heart reasons, buyers will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee and return shipping cost.
All promotional gifts must also be returned and subject to our return policies.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through PayPal (or original method of payment). Please wait 3-5 business days to see your refund applied. Also depending on your card issuer’s policies this process may take longer.
We use USPS and FedEx as our preferred method of shipping. Please allow 2-3 business days to process and send out any packages ordered. For items over $300 we will add a signature required add on at no charge to our customers. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
